Salon Éducation will make a convivial and innovative tool available to you, as a customer exhibiting via its website. This tool will allow you to:
- Remotely manage data concerning you and intended to be published
- Remotely manage orders for products for yourself or your company in your capacity as exhibitor.
Article III. Access procedures: confidentiality of your login and password.
Only exhibitors at Salon Éducation who have completed their registration can access and use the web services.
By accessing the Salon Éducation website, you are agreeing to provide precise, up-to-date and complete information and to ensure that it is regularly updated.
In order to access our services, you will receive a login and a password.
You will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and password and for any actions that may be undertaken on your behalf using your login and/or password
You expressly undertake (1) to immediately inform Salon Éducation of any unauthorised use of your account and/or password and any security breach and (2) ensure that at the end of each session you log out properly from the website.
The Salon Éducation may in no case be held liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of a breach of the obligations in this paragraph. The data already in our possession and/or those you communicate to us when you access the service will be subject to the confidentiality charter available at the address https://www.salon-education.be/en/confidentiality-policy.
Article IV. Terms and conditions for the use of the website www.salon-education.be
Salon Éducation may impose general rules and limits on use of the service. Salon Éducation reserves the right check any data provided for the purpose of publication.
Salon Éducation will be free to delete the account of an exhibitor whose registration is not carried over to the following year.
Article V. Suspension and interruption of access to the website.
Salon Éducation reserves the right, at any time and for whatever reason, to alter or temporarily or permanently suspend access to all or part of the website without informing you in advance.
Salon Éducation cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage relating to an alteration, suspension or interruption of the website.
You hereby recognise that Salon Éducation is entitled to end all or some of the right of access corresponding to your account and your password, even to delete your account and password for any reason and without a prior warning, in particular if Salon Éducation may legitimately believe that you have violated or acted in contradiction with these general terms and conditions and/or any legal provision in force.
Salon Éducation cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage as a result of termination of your access to the website for any reason whatsoever.

These general terms and conditions of use are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the sole jurisdiction of the Brussels Courts (Belgium).
Article VIII. No cancellation right
Where entry tickets for Salon Éducation are purchased online, the buyer cannot claim any cancellation right after buying and generating the entry ticket because the bar code generated and which entitles you to enter the salon cannot be invalidated.
